James joined rg+p in 1997 upon returning to the U.K. after working abroad in Switzerland. As a director of the company James is responsible for not only managing his architectural team but for the personnel side of the business. James has a wide and varied experience in both refurbishment and newbuild projects in the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors, specialising in Party Wall Surveying and in sustainable architecture.

James is married to Sarah and enjoys playing tennis and football in his spare time as well as dabbling in the kitchen.
