The development consists of 22 apartments and 10 houses occupying a prime corner location in Earl Shilton, Leicestershire.  The local planning department stipulated that the scheme must have prominent features in keeping with the local surroundings and the grade II listed building opposite. 

The curved element to the scheme combined with complicated floor stepping arrangements added to its complexity. The scheme was very well received on a recent visit by the Housing Corporation who gave high praise to the design and received very satisfied comments from the new residents.
