rg+p provides valuable services for the Leicester Partnership NHS Trust’s new Eating Disorders Unit.

rg+p provided valuable Architectural and Quantity Surveying services to transform an empty ward at Leicester General Hospital into a new specialist eating disorders unit as well as the refurbishment of an existing and active Mental Health Unit. The works consisted of a two stage process to upgrade sanitary accommodation on two wards, and the refurbishment of one ward into a new specialist Mental Health Unit. This was challenging as the wards were fully occupied by patients whilst the works were carried out, so special considerations had to be made to maintain patient care.

Chris Woods joined rg+p three years ago and in that time has fully qualified as an architect with distinction from De Montfort University he has since become an accredited Eco-homes/Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.
