Our service offers full environmental assessments for new build developments and associated EcoHomes assessments for refurbishment projects. The information provided assists developers and RSLs in minimising the impact of housing schemes on the environment and achieving government sustainability targets. We have four in-house licensed Code Assessors.

We provide feasibility and assessment services to evaluate the quality standards of housing schemes in location, design and performance.

We are able to provide SAP calculations as required by Building Regulations, especially in relation to RSLs, using BRE approved software. The service reliably estimates the energy efficiency performance of a dwelling.
