Church Farm Court is a bespoke, luxury development of five barn-style homes in the Bedfordshire village of Roxton. Developed in close consultation with the local authority’s historical officer, the design involved the conversion of a partially dilapidated listed barn and the creation of new build homes in its grounds. Black timber cladding with a red brick plinth forms the base material palette and detailing is brought to life through full height glazing and dark grey surrounds.

Internally, the homes follow a flexible, open plan layout and each features an oak staircase with galleried landing to make a statement entrance.
