Rivercross is a major mixed-use scheme devised to completely regenerate the Digbeth area of Birmingham into a new Irish quarter. Encompassing six new buildings totalling 750,000 sq ft space, Rivercross comprises 650 apartments, two hotels, retail and office space, pedestrian boulevard and two public squares. Situated on one of Birmingham’s main thoroughfares, Rivercross also has the River Rea running through the site and particular attention was paid to the surrounding landscaping to ensure this becomes a focal feature of the development.
