Hemdale Business Park is a high-quality industrial development comprising of 2 phases, providing a flexible mix of unit types to meet a range of business needs. Phase 1 comprised Units A–D, a total of 26,533 sq. ft of modern industrial accommodation. Phase 2 is a further seven units, providing an additional 17,060sqft of industrial space. Together, the two phases create a well-balanced business park offering versatile, efficient units designed to support a variety of occupiers within a well-connected commercial setting. rg+p provided architectural services for RIBA stages 0-6.
