Housebuilder Awards Winner

A retirement living scheme in Humberston, Lincolnshire has won a national Housebuilder award.

In a black tie ceremony held at London’s Intercontinental O2 hotel last week, Humberston Avenue was announced the winner in the Best Retirement Scheme category. The £45m project is mixed use, encompassing 200 retirement properties, 200 new homes, a new community hub and over six hectares of public open space.

Longhurst Group and Keystone are developing the scheme, which is due for completion in 2021, with rg+p acting as architects, master planners and landscape architects.

Longhurst Group and rg+p co-hosted a table at the Housebuilder Awards, which brought together 600 professionals from across the housebuilding industry.
