Dock 2 is a £4m office/light industrial development located on Leicester’s Pioneer Park, which was designed as a hub for businesses from the science and technology industries. Dock 2, a 20,000 sq ft steel framed building, will offer space for up to 12 businesses over two storeys. Situated between the National Space Centre and the existing Dock building, which was created for science and technology SMEs, Dock 2 offers the opportunity for these businesses to expand and is designed to meet a BREEAM Excellent rating.
