Stationers Place involves the creation of 29 new affordable homes neighbouring the Grand Union Canal along with public open space, parking and associated amenity space. Comprising a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, Stationers Place will regenerate a tightly constrained, urban site adjacent to a listed cottage, papermill and Apsley Lock. Four new buildings have been inspired by the surrounding wharf style architecture however their aesthetic incorporates contemporary features to blend seamlessly with the more traditional detailing and fenestration.
