Due to the recent success on various local and national Project and Cost Management frameworks with a projected increase in workload we require additional resource at various levels to meet these exciting times.
This vacancy would be suitable for a candidate that is looking to undertake the Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (Quantity Surveyor Pathway) BSc (Hons) at Nottingham Trent University.
The candidate will ideally be located within our Leicester studio where they will join the rg+p structured training programme with mentoring and training from our chartered professionals.
The candidate will gain experience in:
providing support to the Quantity Surveying team regarding commercial and contractual activities
assisting with a range of pre and post contract duties for a variety of contracts including:
cost planning and measurement
preparation of tender documents
tender evaluation
preparation of contract documents
interim valuations
financial reporting
providing general day to day support to the team
attending meetings
