Senior Architect

We are currently recruiting for a full time Senior Architect to work in our London studio. This vacancy would be suitable for a candidate who has good knowledge of the London market, detailed technical knowledge and experience of leading projects.

Successful candidates are required to have:

  • arb registration

  • good knowledge of the London market

  • excellent leadership skills

  • experience of acting as lead designer running major projects

  • experience and interest in delivering large scale residential projects (HRBs)

  • knowledge and understanding of UK town planning policy

  • detailed understanding of the Building Regulations and British Standards

  • experience of producing technical drawing packs and details for tender and construction

  • experience of working through RIBA stages 3-6

  • experience of writing and reviewing NBS specifications

  • excellent presentation skills/ability to take stakeholders through complex topics with clarity

  • the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team

  • excellent time management skills

  • knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes

  • good Revit skills or an ability to learn new software quickly
