rg+p were appointed as architects for RIBA stages 0-6 for the development of 40,000 sq ft of light industrial and industrial accommodation on a brownfield site in Coalville for Leicestershire County Council. The development comprises four blocks of accommodation constructed to a shell and core finish and was part of a targeted regeneration to bring much needed industrial space to the local area for local businesses.
