In the heart of Leicester’s Waterside is a contemporary PRS/BTR development at Bath Lane. A 68,000 sq ft former industrial site, Bath Lane will see the creation of 256 one bedroom and 128 two bedroom apartments within three towers that will reach ten, 14 and 16 storeys high. The scheme also includes a ground floor commercial unit, two level under croft car park and shared outdoor terraces leading to a new path along the riverfront.
