rg+p acted as Architect RIBA stages 0-6 in the design and delivery of this 11.5 acre multi unit site in Hinckley. The site adjoins a canal that had been designated with both high conservation and heritage value and the scheme was designed with his in mind. The units varied in size from 2500 sqft to 10,000 sqft with an element of roadside food also delivered as a KFC.
