rg+p were appointed as architects for RIBA stages 0-3 for the development of a new Costa and McDonald’s in Lutterworth just off Junction 20 of the M1 as phase 1 of a larger 8.7 acre proposal to develop an industrial and office multi let scheme for the remainder of the site. Phase 1 of the scheme is currently being constructed on site and should be completed and open for business in April 2026.
