Architecture & Interiors

Our design team’s experience spans a variety of sectors and encompasses skilled professionals in architecture, architectural technology, landscape architecture, interior design, visualisation and animation. Working holistically with our clients, we produce innovative, functional and sustainable buildings that are thoughtfully designed to work in synergy with the surrounding environment.

Adopting RIBA stages 0-7, our service begins with conceptual analysis and sketch development, through to creation of technical designs and drawings followed by construction and delivery of a project. This means consistency and quality is intrinsic throughout.

Working concurrently with our architectural teams, our interior design experts ensure the same attention to detail is given to internal spaces, ensuring they are well thought-out, inclusive and fit for purpose. Each scheme is entirely bespoke and designed to strike the right balance of style, substance, flexibility and future-proofing.

This combined ethos of creativity, excellence and longevity has resulted in the team winning a multitude of awards for design, conservation, use of materials and regeneration.

Land & Property

Working nationwide, our land and property team utilises its extensive network of contacts to bring together landowners and developers, identifying viable urban and rural sites and securing best value for all parties.

We consider land with a variety of premises including:

  • virgin sites;

  • consented schemes;

  • agricultural;

  • sites with pending or refused planning applications.

Together with our in-house planning consultants, we undertake all due diligence including identifying ownerships and ability/willingness to sell/buy, site history, potential uses and constraints before offering bespoke advice to suit geographical and size requirements. If a deal is to proceed, we can then provide further feasibility studies and planning guidance to facilitate development.
