Investing in people

rg+p has always invested wholeheartedly in the future and that is no more so than with our team.  Our long established graduate and apprenticeship programme provides a robust structure to support and nurture each individual at whatever stage they are at. 

Every graduate and apprentice is assigned a mentor who is responsible for agreeing a specific development plan to provide a structured approach to ensure we provide the best opportunities to learn and gain experience. The plan initially covers a 12 month period and will provide each individual with the chance to get involved in all of the RIBA work stages. Regular reviews to provide feedback and monitor progress are undertaken during this period along with group Mentoring sessions. Where possible we will also facilitate working in different teams to widen the opportunities to learn. Successful graduates and apprentices will be offered a bursary to help with their ongoing education when they return to full or part time learning.

Many members of our team have benefitted from this programme, including Directors and our senior management team providing  a solid foundation and the pathway to a successful career at rg+p.
